I had tried on numerous occasions to get an appointment (very difficult if you can only make weekend or evening times). Had been told by a member of staff that my gift vouchers would still be valid past their expiry date only to be told the opposite when trying again to book an appointment. Whilst the treatments I have had in the past have been ok, I have found Reflections in Doddington better - will make sure any vouchers in the future come from here instead.
