Sometimes its a little tricky to through on the phone straight away but the reception staff are absolutely lovely! So polite and friendly. Always call you when needed. Doctors/nurses who Ive met there are all lovely! Definitely recommend.
Its ok but not the best.
Impossible to get through by phone. Ringing on the dot of 8am when clinic opens but still answer phone. Ring after and constantly engaged. Signed up for online appointments system but after resetting twice sick of trying. Such a let down!
I have not long joined the practice but credit where credit is due I have found it to be helpful and friendly and welcoming. Slowly they are sorting me out after a horrific time at another surgery I was nervous about joining but I needn't of worried.
