I phoned quite late in the day. A bit tearful because of the day Id had and just wanted to send my Sister some flowers. The lady that answered the phone (owner maybe) was so patient and polite. She did the delivery the same evening after she had finished for a more than reasonable small cost. My Sister was delighted with her bouquet and I would highly recommend using this business if you want an amazing customer experience with your exact specifications met. Cant thank her enough. Just fabulous!
