Went to renew my passport before work and the lovely man at the counter was really helpful. Super handy to have a post office that can help before 9 as well :).
Surprised at some of the negative reviews. It's a busy post office and we use them 4 or 5 times a week. Staff are perfectly pleasant and efficient. Compared to our bank. they're a joy.
I TRY to use this post office regularly but I wont be going back. Super unfriendly, argumentative staff, one actually insulted a member of the public in front of me. Queues out the door during lunch would recommend avoiding if possible.
How can anyone criticise or complain about the kind and professional service here? This country has some professional moaners. The Post Office is a great asset and its staff are helpful and should be respected. Stop complaining about a great resource!
