Worst Customer service experience of my life. Booked a table in advance, once sat down no one gave us a menu for 20 minutes and we ended up having to ask for one. We then watched on as a full pint was spilt on the table behind us, straight on to a customer. Once ordering we asked for a glass of rose and a glass of water, we then had 2 of each delivered to our table. We had a question of the set menu which could not be answered by our waiter who went to ask someone. We did not get an answer for another 15 minutes before we had to ask again. Unfortunately the food was lovely which is why this has a 1 star. It's such a shame the customer service level let them down. I will not be going back.
