We had an extremely stress out dog last night who was screaming in pain, I called the vets and was put straight on to the nurse who adviced us to bring him straight away. We were seen by a vet immediately who felt all of his joints (by this time he had stopped screaming) and gave him an anti inflammatory injection and said he thought it was a torn muscle. We were given anti inflammatory tablets and even told we were in credit from a previous visit. So all in all a very stress free visit to all involved.
Appointment was early. Jose remembered our dogs from previous appointment in October which was good. At last someone their who knows what he is doing of! So does Guisseppe. Two good vets.
First time for us, great service, receptionist should be on the stage!
I cannot speak more highly about this vetinary practise. The service has always been excellent and above what we expected from the receptionists to the nurses and vets themselves. They have dealt with Rosies end of life care with compassion and understanding and been patient in explaining every step of her treatment. They went out of their way to make sure that Rosie was comfortable and enjoyed her final months and supported us through the treatment. Often the visits were on an emergency basis and we were always accommodated and not made to feel a problem. When the inevitable came it was done with empathy and we were given all the time we needed to say goodbye which has made a tremendous difference to how we remember her. We have been clients of the practice many many years, but have also visited other practises with relatives and have found this one way above on service and professionalism. Thank you
